Customer Issue: Mrs. Waterson was in charge of security and exterior development for a community that wanted to go the gated route. Of course, to have a gated community you sort of need to have a gate.
Our Solution: The neighborhood entrance was on flat ground, so we didn’t have a natural slope to work with. We created a slight decline across the trench we cut into the pavement and installed the stainless steel tracks while preserving that gradient. A steel bar sliding gate on fitted wheels with a cable opener, intercom, and a heavy-duty mechanical lock as a backup precaution fit on top.

Customer Issue: Mr. Huff didn’t want to manually operate his residential driveway gate, so he decided to get an opener installed by our team.
